Rhosneigr

This new build development of fourteen 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom timber framed houses is located on the edge of Rhosneigr village adjacent to the beach. The design of the site layout allows each house to take advantage of the sea views with large areas of glazing opening onto ground floor terraces and first floor balconies. Internal double height spaces provide light and airy interiors.

The house types on the northern edge of the site are designed with first floor living areas which open out onto the large balconies and give stunning views of the Anglesea coastline.

The dwellings are of timber frame construction with external cladding of western red cedar boarding and Anglesea stone at low level, with Anglesea slate on the roofs.
