The project was an extensive and contemporary remodelling of two flats to provide a large single 3-bedroom apartment with a new large open plan living/dining and kitchen area, new ensuite bathroom, and dressing room off a new master bedroom and bathroom.

High quality upgrading/refurbishment works were carried out throughout the property including integrated lighting and audio visual systems.
